Quick and Easy Pickles

7 cups sugar

3 cups 5% Apple cider Vinegar

4 cups water

Canning Salt

Sliced Cucumbers

Mix Sugar, vinegar, and water and stir until sugar dissolves.  You can do this a day or so ahead of time.   Place cucumbers in clean quart jars and pack tight.  Add 1 teaspoon canning salt. Add water mixture to fill out jar. Place jars with can lids and rims in hot water bath.  Bring water too boil and let boil 15 minutes. Let jars cool and remove.  Jars should seal after a short period of time.
